Rachel Carroll, PhD has a diverse work experience in research and academia. Rachel is currently working as a Quantitative Researcher at the American Institutes for Research since 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina Wilmington starting in 2018, and they also held the role of Assistant Professor there from 2018 to 2022. Rachel has also worked as a Special volunteer and Research Fellow at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they were a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Medical University of South Carolina from 2016 to 2016 and a Research Assistant from 2011 to 2015.
Rachel Carroll, PhD, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Charleston Southern University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the Medical University of South Carolina, specializing in Biostatistics. Working diligently from 2011 to 2015, Rachel completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biostatistics, further enhancing their expertise in this field.
