Taliba Boone (she/her/hers)

Taliba Boone has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Taliba started their career at Glasser and Glasser, PLC as a Legal Assistant, where they executed non-judicial foreclosures and ensured compliance with Virginia Foreclosure Laws. Taliba then moved on to Goodwin, a global law firm, where they served as an HR Assistant, providing support to the national recruiting manager and on-site human resources manager. Taliba also worked as a Legal Recruiter at Goodwin, assisting in sourcing, evaluating, and presenting prospective law students, associates, and partner candidates. Taliba managed summer programs and coordinated various tasks related to the recruitment process. Taliba's involvement in professional organizations includes being a Member at WALRAA. Currently, they are working at the American Institutes for Research as a Recruitment Project Associate and has recently transitioned to the role of Recruitment Operations Specialist.

Taliba Boone earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Norfolk State University in 2009.
