Tatiana Ormond

Tatiana Ormond's work experience includes serving as the Director of Financial Reporting & Analysis for the American Institutes for Research since 2022, after their former employer IMPAQ International was acquired by the company. Tatiana worked at IMPAQ International as a Corporate Controller from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance for International Programs at Plan International from 2013 to 2015. Tatiana also served as the Director of Finance and Budgets at ACDI/VOCA from 2005 to 2013.

Tatiana Ormond completed their MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business, attending from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Certified Federal Contracts Manager certification from the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) in 2013 and a Certificate in Leadership from Cornell University in 2011.
