Project Manager US Dol Funded Project at American Institutes for Research

Victoria Huerta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Most recently, they worked as a Project Manager for a US DoL funded project at the American Institutes for Research since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Consejera Académica de Vinculación at Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla starting in January 2020. From 2019 to 2022, Victoria was employed at Miyamoto International, first as a Program Coordinator for the USAID/BHA PREPARE II Program, and later as a Program Manager for the USAID/BHA PREPARE Mexico project. Victoria also worked as a Partnerships Associate at a consulting firm in 2018. Before that, Victoria held roles such as Training Coordinator at Merida Initiative - ICITAP Embassy of the United States of America from 2016 to 2018, and Director of Citizen Services at the Ministry of Public Education, Mexico from 2015 to 2016. Their previous experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Academic Innovation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mexico from 2014 to 2015, and as a Public Relations and Cultural Affairs Specialist at the Embassy of Lebanon in Mexico from 2013 to 2014.

In January 2019, they obtained a certificate in Humanitarian Communication: Addressing Key Challenges from Université de Genève. In August 2017, Victoria acquired knowledge in Oil & Gas Industry Operations and Markets through a course on Coursera. Lastly, in March 2016, they completed a course on Developing an Entrepreneurial Mindset: First Step Towards Success through Coursera Course Certificates.
