Herb Hart is a seasoned intellectual property attorney with an extensive background at McAndrews Held & Malloy Ltd, serving as a PTAB Trial Attorney since September 1991. With expertise in patent portfolio development, trademark protection, and litigation, Hart plays a vital role in the firm’s IP endeavors. Active in professional organizations, Hart has held positions such as Fellow with the American Intellectual Property Law Association since 2014, Board Member of the PTAB Bar Association from 2018 to 2021, and Council Member for the American Bar Association's Section of Intellectual Property Law from 2013 to 2017.
