Eugene Slade

Eugene Slade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eugene is currently serving as the Director of Operations at American Jewelry and Loan since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at H&R Block for 5 years as a District Manager, where they successfully managed 24 retail locations and over 250 associates. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of district management, performance management, HR, and strategic planning. Before H&R Block, they worked at T-Mobile for 10 years, starting as a Retail Sales Manager and later as a District T-Mobile @Work Manager. In these roles, they achieved bottom line results, oversaw the implementation of B2B sales initiatives, managed daily operations, and provided outstanding operational leadership.

Eugene Slade obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Wayne State University, which they attended from 1999 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, attending from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, during the same period, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (G-HRM) from the University of Phoenix.
