Erik Norby has extensive experience in trade planning, business intelligence, and sales management, currently serving as the Sr. Trade Planning & Business Intelligence Manager at American Licorice Company since May 2007. In this role, Erik develops and executes annual trade planning and forecasting strategies, while also managing training for associates and broker partners. Previous positions at American Licorice include Business Intelligence Manager, National Broker/Sales Systems Manager, Senior Broker Manager - West, and Customer Marketing Manager, each focusing on enhancing business intelligence, overseeing broker networks, eCommerce strategies, and trade marketing budgets. Prior to American Licorice, Erik held roles at Advantage Sales & Marketing and Fleming Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included client business management and procurement for a wholesaler. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Portland State University.
