Angie Parise

Angie Parise is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and payroll management. Currently serving as HR Director at American Mechanical Services since April 2025, Angie previously held the position of Head of People Operations at Bird from December 2022 to February 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing global HR operations, managing a team of specialists, and handling compliance and benefits administration. Angie's earlier experience includes roles at SparkPost, where work involved leading HR functions during acquisitions and implementing new HRIS and performance platforms, as well as managing payroll and audits across multiple countries. Prior to these roles, Angie worked as a bookkeeper and accountant in various organizations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of financial management through positions at Boys & Girls Club of Metro Baltimore, Martek Biosciences, and Legg Mason. Angie holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Drexel University.
