Matt Muse

Matt Muse's work experience begins in 2008 as a Small Business Sales Representative at Washington Trust Bank, where they expanded the bank's loan and deposit portfolios through business development and sales. In 2010, they joined Citi Group as a Senior Risk Analyst, VP, managing a high-risk asset portfolio and overseeing operations and financial reporting. In 2012, they moved to Global Medical Response, where they held various roles, including Vice President of Operations & Sales, Executive Director of Global Medical Response Membership, National Director of Operations & Business Analytics, and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategic Business Analytics. In these positions, Matt had broad responsibilities in strategy, operations, finance, marketing, sales, communication, IT, and compliance. Some of their accomplishments include revenue and customer growth, as well as implementing process improvement initiatives.

Matt Muse holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Northwest Nazarene University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Strategic Selling with Perspective from Korn Ferry in 2023.
