Global Medical Response
Richard Barr was named AMR Vice President of Human Resources in February 2014. In this role, Barr manages AMR recruiting, employee and labor relations, leadership training and all other human resources for AMR and its subsidiary companies. Barr previously served as Human Resources Director for the South Region of AMR since 2007.
Prior to joining AMR, Barr held human resources management positions primarily in healthcare organizations, including Radiologix, Inc. and MedTrials, Inc. Barr holds a bachelor's degree in speech communication from Valdosta State University and a MBA with emphasis in human resources from the Center for Graduate Studies at Baker College.
