Steve Reszczynski

Steve Reszczynski, SPHR, SHRM SCP has extensive work experience in human resources and information technology. Steve has worked in various roles and industries throughout their career.

From 2018 to present, Steve worked as the National Benefits Director at Global Medical Response. In this role, they oversaw the Health, Welfare, and Retirement benefits for 38,000 employees. Steve implemented new benefit administration and payroll systems, as well as new compensation and retirement plans.

From 2013 to 2018, Steve served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Black Creek Group, now known as Ares Management. Steve also held the same position at DCT Industrial from 2013 to 2018.

Steve Reszczynski, SPHR, SHRM SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Steve also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Commerce from the same university in 2003. In 2015, Steve pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University. Before that, they obtained an MSP degree in Information Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1999. Lastly, in 1995, Steve studied Business Management and Information Technology at Lakeland University. Additionally, they hold certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute, and TRAU C(k)P from The Retirement Advisor University.
