Prior experience includes roles such as Clinical Manager and Flight Paramedic at Guardian Flight, LLC, along with positions as a Paramedic at organizations including Presence Health, Oakwood Emergency Rescue Service, and Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health. William's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the American College of Education and various certifications in critical care and paramedicine.
