Jessica Monville

Jessica Monville is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Vice President of Food Safety at American Pasteurization Company LLC since October 2023. Prior experience includes managerial roles in food safety and regulatory compliance at Molson Coors Beverage Company and MillerCoors, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing quality performance and achieving FS22000 certification. Jessica's extensive background also includes positions at UAS Laboratories and Cargill, along with teaching biology and AP biotechnology at Pius XI Catholic High School. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a BA in Molecular Biology with minors in Chemistry and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
