APA Ohio is the oldest association of citizen and professional planners in the country. We are committed to promoting and enhancing planning in order to maintain and improve the quality of life for all Ohioans.  APA Ohio is a state chapter of the American Planning Association (APA).  

We provide regional and statewide forums for investigation and discussion.  These forums lead to practical, use-it-today solutions to planning and development challenges.  APA Ohio encourages legislation and action programs to enhance sound planning at the state, regional and local levels.  

Over the past one hundred years, APA Ohio and its members have changed and evolved but our mission remains the same – to promote good planning for the betterment of all Ohioans.
