Charles Lidard

Charles Lidard is a Project Engineer at Impact Automation, Inc. since July 2023, with extensive experience in education as an Engineering & Technology Teacher for the Howard County Public School System since August 2016. Lidard serves as the Faculty Advisor for the Robotics Team 2537 (The Space RAIDers) and the National Technical Honor Society, and received the Teacher-of-the-Year award in 2022. Additional roles include Hiring Manager, Recruiter, and Instructor at American Pool since May 2008, Admissions Assistant at Garrison Forest School for a brief period in early 2016, and experience as an English and Technology Education Teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools from 2014 to 2015. Lidard also held a seasonal management position at Gebhart Properties and interned at Colliers International. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from Towson University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dickinson College.
