Cliff Walsh

Cliff Walsh, CFA has held various roles in the finance industry throughout their career. Cliff began their career as an Analyst at Value Line in 1999, staying there until 2000. Cliff then moved on to Sidoti & Company, LLC, where they worked as an Equity Analyst from 2002 to 2007. Following that, Walsh joined Artio Global Investors as a Senior Equity Research Analyst from 2007 to 2012. Cliff then worked at Carryl Capital LLC as a Partner and Portfolio Manager from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they became the CEO/CIO of Progressive Advisory Solutions, LLC, where they stayed until 2017. Currently, Walsh is working at American Portfolios, where they held the role of Vice President of Asset Management from 2017 to 2019 and is currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer starting from March 2019.

Cliff Walsh, CFA, holds a diverse educational background. Cliff completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Management Systems from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Villanova University between 1994 and 1998. Cliff's educational journey began at Sachem High School North, where they pursued a high school degree with a focus on Business, Baseball, and Martial Arts from 1990 to 1994.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Cliff Walsh obtained the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute in August 2003. This certification represents their expertise and knowledge in the field of finance.
