Damon Joyner

Damon Joyner has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Damon began their career in 1988 as a Co-Founder, Principal, and Financial Advisor at Lovell Incorporated, where they worked until 2003. Following that, they worked at Wachovia Corp from 2003 to 2007, holding various roles in regulatory reporting, operations control, and anti-money laundering. Damon then joined Russell Investment Group in 2007 as the Americas Controller and Director of Regulatory Reporting until 2010. Damon briefly served as the President & CEO at Anderson & Strudwick in 2010 before transitioning into the role of Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer later that same year. Damon then joined Sterne Agee in 2011, initially as the Chief Financial Officer of the broker-dealer division, and later as the President & CEO of the clearing firm until 2016.
