Legal and Compliance

The Legal and Compliance team at the American Psychological Association ensures that the organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, while also providing legal guidance on a variety of issues impacting the field of psychology. This team works to maintain the APA’s compliance with tax regulations, oversee legal contracts, navigate legislative and regulatory matters, and manage risk to protect the interests of its members and the integrity of the organization.
