Audrey Posocco

Audrey Posocco began their work experience in 2000 as a Branch Director at All Medical Personnel, where they managed healthcare staffing solutions. In 2007, they joined Rasmussen University as a Corporate Recruiter and subsequently held positions as Manager of Employee Recruitment and Manager of Human Resources. Audrey was later promoted to Director of Human Resources, overseeing talent acquisition, HR systems, HR operations, and central administration. In 2022, Audrey joined American Public Education, Inc. (APEI) as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they lead and transforms the corporate HR functions, focusing on talent acquisition, HR operations, and HRIS systems across all business units. Audrey has successfully rebuilt HR teams, optimized recruitment processes, and enhanced candidate experience.

Audrey Posocco's education history includes attending Endicott College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration. Afterward, they enrolled at Rasmussen College to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources (HR).
