Thomas de Napoli

Thomas De Napoli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thomas currently serves as the Vice President of Revenue Strategy at American Public Media Group, where they lead a high-performing team and drives revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and business development. Thomas's expertise in strategy and revenue growth is further demonstrated by their previous role as Chief Strategy Officer at APM Studios. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director of Multi-platform Sales Strategy & Business Development at APM Studios. Outside of the media industry, Thomas has also worked as a General Partner at Ninth Square Real Estate Partners, where they focused on acquiring and operating multifamily buildings. Thomas has a background in business development and strategy, serving as a Senior Director in these roles at ViacomCBS and Viacom. Furthermore, Thomas has experience as a mentor at Snap Inc. and Quake Capital Partners, providing guidance to startups. Additionally, they founded their own production company, Kraken Productions, specializing in branded content, music videos, and sketch comedy. Thomas's early career involved freelance work as a producer, director, writer, and editor.

Thomas De Napoli graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Georgetown University. In 2015, they attended the LEAD Program: Corporate Innovation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Thomas also completed the Executive Leadership Expedition in Organizational Leadership at NOLS in 2019. Thomas obtained certifications in Mergers & Acquisitions and Data Analytics from Stanford GSB Executive Education and General Assembly, respectively. Thomas also holds additional certifications in The Emerging COO: Driving Innovation and Operational Excellence from Stanford GSB Executive Education and Wilderness First Responder from NOLS Wilderness Medicine.
