Christina Garneski, CAE has a diverse professional background in marketing and membership services. Christina is currently the Vice President of Meetings and Membership Services at the American Public Transportation Association since July 2019. Previously, they held various roles at the Association for Psychological Science, starting as the Director of Marketing and Communications in January 2017 and quickly advancing to Senior Director of Marketing and Membership in September 2017. Before that, they were with the National Parking Association from 2013 to 2016, where they held positions such as Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Events and Senior Director of Marketing, Communications & Events. Prior to that, they worked at the Institute of Transportation Engineers from 2003 to 2013, starting as an Administrative Assistant and eventually becoming the Marketing and Membership Senior Director. Christina also had experience as a Marketing Assistant and Customer Services Representative at Copy General Corp. in the early stages of their career. Throughout their roles, they have demonstrated expertise in leading marketing efforts, maximizing revenue, improving organizational efficiency, and building membership value.

Christina Garneski, CAE pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing Information Systems from James Madison University, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Garneski has obtained various certifications. Christina earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from ASAE and the Center in January 2013. Moreover, they obtained a Business Operations Management Certificate from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in August 2022.
