Miquel Lopez

Miquel Lopez has a diverse and extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership positions. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Export Area Manager at Fluidra Export, where they oversaw sales in Eastern Europe and Middle East countries. Miquel later joined Fluidra as a Product Manager, where they played a vital role in brand creation and managing the South West Europe Wellness Team. Miquel also served as a Business Development Manager at Wayfit, a construction company specializing in pool and wellness projects, and as a Key Account Manager at Fluidra Industry. In 2015, they became the Deputy General Manager of the Rest of World Division at Fluidra, supporting strategic projects and leading the development of sales teams. More recently, they held the position of General Manager at Agrisilos Srl - Piscine Laghetto - Fluidra Group, overseeing company restructuring and participating in the acquisition process. Before their current role, Miquel worked as the General Manager of MEINA, LATAM & BALKANS at Fluidra, managing multiple commercial branches and factories across different countries. Additionally, they serve as an Associate Professor at ESCI-UPF.

Miquel Lopez's educational history includes various degrees and programs. Miquel completed an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) at IESE Business School from 2011 to 2013. In 2023, they pursued a program in Corporate Finance at IE Business School. During the years 1998 to 2003, they studied International Business Administration at ESCI-UPF, specializing in Strategy and International Business. Additionally, in 2013, they participated in the Doing Business in China Program at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), focusing on International Business, Trade, and Commerce. Moreover, in 2012, they engaged in the Finance, Media & Entertainment, Geopolitics Module at IESE Business School in New York.
