Susanne Bausch

Susanne Bausch currently serves as the Lead Expert for Corporate Development at RENOLIT, a position held since January 2022, where responsibilities include driving the strategic target for ONE RENOLIT 2025 and shaping the strategic vision for 2030, as well as hosting the podcast "Zukunft Industrie." Prior experience includes roles at Röchling SE & Co. KG, where Susanne progressed from HR Specialist to Senior Manager in Organizational Development from October 2015 to January 2022. Other previous positions include Junior Specialist for HR Development at Camelot Management Consultants and various internships and working student roles in personnel development and HR at respected organizations. Susanne holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, complemented by professional training as an Industriekauffrau at Nokia Siemens Networks.
