Carl Liebert

Carl Liebert is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at American Securities since July 2023, Carl's prior roles include Chief Executive Officer of kwx of Keller Williams and AutoNation. At USAA, Carl held multiple key positions, including Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Chairman of the Board for USAA Real Estate Company, Vice Chairman for USAA Bank, and President of USAA Capital Corporation. Carl's career also includes significant roles at 24Hour Fitness Worldwide, The Home Depot, Circuit City, and General Electric, along with military service as a Naval Officer in the Supply Corps. Carl holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a BS in Physical Science from the United States Naval Academy, complemented by executive education from Stanford University and Harvard Business School.
