Jerry Hughes is the Director of Commercial Excellence at American Securities. Jerry has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and consulting.

Jerry Hughes started their career at Deloitte Consulting in 1996 as a Manager. Jerry then moved to Luminant Worldwide in 1999 as a Senior Manager. In 2000, they joined Rewards Network Inc. as their Executive Vice President and COO. After five years, they left to join Inforte Corp. as their SVP of Sales & Marketing. In 2007, they founded Aventine Partners, a marketing strategy and analytics consultancy. Jerry ran the company for two years before joining Blue Ridge Partners as a Senior Managing Director in 2009.

At Blue Ridge Partners, Jerry Hughes helped clients increase top-line revenue growth. Jerry assisted with identifying the best growth opportunities and ensuring the capabilities and plans were in place to capture those opportunities. Jerry left Blue Ridge Partners in 2018 to join American Securities as their Director of Commercial Excellence.

Jerry Hughes earned their M.B.A. in finance and international business from the University of Chicago and their A.B. in government from Dartmouth College. Jerry also attended Crespi Carmelite High School.

Jerry Hughes reports to Michael Fisch, Founder & CEO. Jerry Hughes works with Will Chan - Vice Presidents, Scott Wolff - Managing Director, and Bill Fry - Managing Director.
