Joe Jansen

Joseph Jansen is an Assistant General Counsel at American Securities, with previous experience as a Corporate Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Joseph has a background in public and private cross-border mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance. Joseph also has experience as a Summer Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Government from Hamilton College.
