Craig Kollen

Craig Kollen has over 20 years of work experience. Craig started their career as a Recruiter and Salesperson at Aerotek from 1996 to 1998. Craig then worked as a Recruiter at Onex, Inc. from 1999 to 2000. In 2001, they joined BKD, LLP as a Senior Consultant until 2003. After that, they moved on to American Senior Communities where they have held the role of Vice President of Operations since 2003.

Craig Kollen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration at Indiana University Bloomington from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General at Purdue University Fort Wayne, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011.
