Justin Sims

Justin Sims, HFA, M.A. CCC-SLP, currently serves as Executive Director and Administrator at American Senior Communities since October 2022, after holding the roles of Administrator in Training. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Business Development/Area Manager at TMC: Therapy Management Corporation from December 2019 to September 2022, and as Regional Director of Therapy Operations, Rehabilitation Services Manager, and Speech Language Pathologist at American Senior Communities from January 2009 to December 2019. Justin also worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at Extendicare Inc. from June 2006 to January 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Ball State University (2002-2004) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution (1997-2001).
