Sue Ellen Cox

Sue Ellen Cox, MD is a highly accomplished dermatologic surgeon with significant contributions to the field of medical and aesthetic dermatology. As the Founder and Medical Director of Aesthetic Solutions since August 1998, Sue Ellen Cox has committed to providing outstanding care in a welcoming environment. Currently serving as President of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery since October 2020, Sue Ellen Cox leads the largest specialty organization representing dermatologic surgeons in the United States. Additionally, Sue Ellen Cox has held the position of Consulting Associate at Duke University Medical Center since July 2008 and serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since December 1999. Sue Ellen Cox earned an MD in Dermatology from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, graduating between 1985 and 1989.
