Kevin Klatt, PhD, RD, currently serves as Associate Editor for the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition at the American Society for Nutrition since June 2020, managing social media and hosting the podcast "AJCN In Press." As a Research Scientist at the University of California, Berkeley, Kevin focuses on nutritional genomics of nuclear receptors and leads clinical trials. Additional roles include being an instructor for experimental laboratory methods in nutrition and a consultant for stable isotope and controlled feeding trials at The George Washington University. Kevin's prior experience includes postdoctoral research at Baylor College, NIH dietetic internship, and graduate assistant roles at Cornell University. Kevin holds a PhD in Molecular Nutrition from Cornell University and a BA in Physical and Biological Anthropology from Temple University.
