Brian Bourbeau has a diverse background in healthcare administration. Brian currently serves as the Division Director of Practice Health Initiatives at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO). Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Business Metrics and Analysis and Associate Director of Business Metrics and Analysis at ASCO. Before joining ASCO, Bourbeau worked at OHC - Oncology Hematology Care, where they held various positions including Director of Practice Operations, Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Payer Relations, and Director of Patient Account Services. Brian also has experience as a Manager of Financial Operations at Lee Memorial Health System and as a Manager and Assistant Manager of Patient Account Services at OHC. Early in their career, Bourbeau worked as a Consultant for Revenue Cycle Support and as an Analyst in Organizational Effectiveness and Medical Quality Management at Health Alliance. Brian also served as a Credentialing Coordinator. Their first job in healthcare was as an Intern in Quality and Operations Improvement at The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Brian Bourbeau completed their education as follows:

- From 1998 to 2000, they studied Computer Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University, but did not obtain a degree.

- From 2002 to 2004, they attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration.

- From 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration at Franklin University.

- From 2006 to 2007, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Financial Management at Franklin University.

In addition to their formal education, Brian Bourbeau also obtained several certifications:

- In 2011, they became a Six Sigma Black Belt certified by BMGI.

- In 2014, they obtained a Certified Solutions Associate: SQL Server certification from Microsoft.

- In 2015, they achieved the Certified Solutions Expert: Business Intelligence certification from Microsoft.

- In 2016, they earned the Certified Solutions Expert: Data Management & Analytics certification from Microsoft.
