Rachel Mecklenburger began their work experience in 2003 as an Operations Associate at The Advisory Board Company. Rachel then moved on to the American Psychological Association in 2004, where they worked on special projects in the executive office until 2008. In 2008, they joined the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing logistics for ASCO's Annual Meeting. Rachel later became an Associate Director and is currently the Director of Annual Meeting and Conference Center Logistics at ASCO.
Rachel Mecklenburger obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a double major in Art History/Studio Art from The George Washington University, graduating in 2003. In 2002, they attended IES London for a short period to study British Art and Architecture. Prior to their university education, Rachel attended Morse High School from 1996 to 1999.
