Robert P. Granko, PharmD, MBA, FASHP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Pharmacy at Penn State Health, overseeing pharmacy operations at Hershey Medical Center and the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute. In addition to this role, Granko is the NC President-Elect for the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists and an Associate Professor of Pharmacy at both Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Granko has extensive experience in pharmacy leadership, including previous positions such as Enterprise System Director of Pharmacy at GEISINGER and Director of Pharmacy Services at Cone Health, where a Health System Pharmacy Administration Program was established in collaboration with the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Granko has also contributed as a Contributing Editor for the American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Pfeiffer University and a PharmD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a B.S. in Pharmacy from Long Island University.
