Sam Calabrese

Sam Calabrese currently serves as the Vice President of the Office of Accreditation Services at ASHP, starting in June 2023. Prior to this role, they held positions at Cleveland Clinic, including Chief Pharmacy Officer from June 2020 to June 2023, and Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer from June 1998 to June 2020.

Sam Calabrese completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where they attended from 1988 to 1993. Sam then pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University, attending from 2000 to 2002.
