Beth Wagner Boutin

Beth Wagner Boutin is the Vice President of Community Investments at Evernorth since July 2020. Prior to this, Beth held the same title at Housing Vermont from June 2018 to July 2020. Before that, Beth was a Senior Investment Officer at Vermont Rural Ventures from July 2012 to June 2018. Beth has also worked as a Community Development Specialist at Vermont Community Development Program and a Loan and Development Officer at Vermont Community Loan Fund. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Vermont.
