Bridgette Sahin Ma

Bridgette Sahin, MA-HRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People & Culture Coordinator at the American Society of Landscape Architects since July 2021. Prior roles include Talent Experience Generalist at Inteleos, where Bridgette implemented a paperless benefits system and managed payroll processes, and Human Resources Coordinator at the Friends of the National Zoo, where responsibilities included managing the credentialing process and coordinating onboarding for new staff. Earlier experience encompasses a HR Coordinator position at Aeras, supporting a nonprofit biotech during a major acquisition, and Human Resources intern and staffing coordinator roles at Home Health Connection. Bridgette holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America.
