Michael Briggs

Michael Briggs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and estimation. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Williamstown Meetinghouse Preservation Fund since January 2021, Michael's expertise is further evidenced by OSHA 30 certification and designation as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which has been held since March 2015. Michael is also a Certified Professional Estimator through the American Society of Professional Estimators since 2009. Prior to these roles, Michael had a notable tenure as Senior Project Manager at Williams College until retirement in January 2021 and held the position of President on the Board of Directors at the Regional Affordable Housing Corporation from August 2007 to September 2015. Additionally, leadership skills were demonstrated as Moderator of Old First Congregational Church from 2010 to 2012. Academic background includes studies at Simon's Rock Early College from 1975 to 1977.
