Sarah is a results’ focused HR leader providing business partnership that drives bottom-line profitability through the greatest asset, which is the people here at American! She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources with employers ranging from a public fortune 100 company to non-profit, higher education organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems as well as an MBA with an HR emphasis. Sarah has a passion for cultivating employee experiences and creating HR programs that support American’s vision and strategy. At American, she leads the HR team in all aspects of HR work that impact the employee lifecycle, as well as building learning and development programs. She is also very invested in influencing the culture and engagement work because that is what fuels the purpose here at American which is to serve the customers with a solutions approach to everything that she do!
