Alicia Durante

Alicia Durante currently serves as the Director of Coaching Operations at American Specialty Health since September 2023. Previously, Alicia held the position of Director of Member Services at the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys from August 2018 to September 2023, managing a nationwide client book and a budget across two departments with seven direct reports. Prior roles at American Specialty Health included Senior Director of Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing Health Management Operations and Analytics teams, as well as Director of Operations and Associate Director of Operational Support. Earlier experience included various managerial roles at Healthyroads, involving oversight of biometric screening products and client-facing operational teams. Alicia also has a background in coaching lacrosse at various educational institutions and a degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University.
