Nicole Woolard-Figueroa

Nicole Woolard-Figueroa, MBA, has extensive experience in client services and provider relations within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Manager II, Client Services at American Specialty Health since May 2021, Nicole previously held the position of Senior Provider Relations Consultant at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from April 2014 to September 2019. Earlier roles include Regional Account Manager at Social Service Coordinators and Provider Relations Manager at ValueOptions, Inc.® from August 2001 to May 2005. Nicole holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Management from Albertus Magnus College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of New Haven.
