Sue Vergetis Satula, M.S., PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sue currently holds the position of Director Human Resources at American State Equipment. Prior to this, they worked at LEMAN as the Director of Human Resources / USA, where they developed the first Freight Forwarding Apprentice Program in the state of Wisconsin and provided guidance and direction on HR compliance, organizational development, and corporate culture. Sue also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at LEMAN, supporting strategic corporate goals and acting as the HR point of contact for the company's workforce. Before LEMAN, Sue worked at Nordco as an HR Manager, Projects & Processes, and at Merz Aesthetics Inc. as part of the Human Resources team, where they provided support to non-exempt employees and facilitated their onboarding process. Sue began their career at Nicholas Company as an Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, where they provided comprehensive administrative support to senior management, the accounting department, and the board of directors.
