Laura Lynn Weaver

Laura Lynn Weaver is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the utility services and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Development at American States Utility Services, Inc. since June 2022, Laura has held multiple leadership roles at Jacobs from December 1996 to June 2022, including Division Vice President of Growth & Sales and Creative Services Director. Laura possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained between 1999 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Operations Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned from 1992 to 1996.
