Sue Reeder

Sue Reeder has extensive experience in education, serving as a social studies tutor at American Straight A Academy since September 2018 and as an English teacher for adults at Manatee Technical College since September 2015. Reeder has been associated with The College Board since 1997 as an APUSH mentor and an educational consultant for AP US History and Pre-AP Social Studies. A self-employed curriculum writer since 1985, Reeder has developed curricula on various levels and contributed to US History textbooks. Reeder has taught AP classes at multiple institutions, including Affiliated High School and St. Petersburg Catholic High School, and has held teaching positions at Seminole County Public Schools and St. Lucie County Schools. Reeder holds a Master's degree in American History from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies Teacher Education from Kent State University.
