Takeya Galloway

Takeya Galloway, CMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Meeting Services at the American Thoracic Society, a position held since March 2019. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of Meeting Services at the same organization, Workplace Associate (Contract) at 2U, and Social Events Chair for the Urban League of Rochester, where Takeya directed various networking events. Takeya has also held positions as Event Sales Manager and Event Planning Manager at Hyatt properties, focusing on contract negotiation and logistics management, and began a career in hospitality with roles including Event Sales Coordinator at Grand Hyatt New York and Sales Coordinator at Hersha Hospitality. Takeya holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Morgan State University.
