Adanna L-O SHRM-SCP, ACIPM is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within American Tower, serving as Senior Regional HR Manager for Africa since July 2015. Adanna specializes in strategic HR initiatives, focusing on HR Analytics, Global Mobility, Performance Management, and HR Operations. Previous roles include Regional HR Business Partner and Human Resources Manager, where contributions included talent sourcing, mobility program management, and the implementation of HR strategies in Nigeria. Adanna began a career at MTN Nigeria, advancing from HR Administrator to HR Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed effective business partnering and employee performance reviews. Adanna is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of the People, having earned a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from Imo State University.
