Chiranjit Medhi

Chiranjit Medhi currently serves as the Business Head-SBU (Circle) at Altius since February 2025, where responsibilities include P&L and operations management. Additionally, from February 2011, Chiranjit has held the position of Business Head & Regional Head Operations at American Tower, overseeing P&L responsibilities for a revenue exceeding 1600 Crore and managing the organic and inorganic growth of the portfolio across the entire NESA Circle. Previous experience includes roles as Circle Head at India Telecom Infra Limited from October 2008 to February 2011 and Circle Nodal Officer at Bharti Airtel Ltd. from September 2007 to October 2008, with a focus on network availability and stakeholder engagement. Chiranjit also served as a Major in the Indian Army from June 1999 to April 2007, commanding a combat subunit. Education includes an EPBM in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from Gauhati University.
