Kathleen Bruce

Kathleen Bruce is an experienced operations manager currently employed at RoadSafe Traffic Systems since March 2021, where Kathleen previously held the role of construction estimator. In addition, Kathleen serves as the secretary for the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) since October 2022. Prior experience includes a position as a marketing specialist at The Howard Center in early 2020, which ended due to a pandemic-related layoff. Kathleen holds a degree in cosmetology from Paul Mitchell the School-Atlanta and attended Troy University from April 2006 to December 2007.
