Jamie Ward is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the retirement services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Participant Marketing & Communications at OneAmerica since March 2021, Jamie oversees custom market segmentation strategies and enhances client engagement through digital automation and customized communications. Prior to this, Jamie held roles such as Senior Manager at Edelman Financial Engines, where leadership encompassed annual communication programs supporting substantial financial goals, and Director of Marketing Communications at Voya Financial, focusing on effective communication strategies for diverse audiences.
