Madenna Urbanski

Madenna Urbanski serves as the HRIS Director at OneAmerica since May 2019, bringing extensive experience in human resources information systems. Previously, Madenna held the position of Sr HR Business Analyst at Covance from April 2018 to May 2019 and spent over 16 years at Roche, advancing from HR Business System Analyst to HR Business Analyst. In these roles, Madenna successfully aligned internal processes for international project implementations, ensured compliance with SAP Human Capital Management systems, enhanced global master data definitions, and supported data privacy compliance efforts. Madenna's expertise includes mentoring, managing teams, and advising senior leaders on data-related matters, while also focusing on operational support, change management, and budget control. Madenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Purdue University.
