Shirley Sartin

Shirley Sartin, CBAP, CPOA, PMP, ITILv4, PBA, BSAC, currently serves as a Business Analysis Lead at OneAmerica, overseeing the IT, HR, and Legal/Compliance portfolio while supporting business relationship management and internal IT teams in delivering business value. With extensive consulting experience as the Business Owner of Nitras Technologies since 2007, Shirley has developed expertise in management, project management, business analysis, and process re-engineering across various industries. Previous roles include leadership positions at IAG Consulting and Emerson Network Power, as well as teaching positions at multiple universities. Shirley holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
